This modern luxury townhome offers four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, outdoor patio with electric grill, and two free parking spaces directly in front of unit. Our unit is new in the Orlando Airbnb area. This is the perfect vacation rental to stay during your visit to Orlando any time of the year! The space Main Floor: Open floor plan with kitchen, living-dining room, plus a master bedroom with a king size bed, en suit bathroom with stand-up shower, a half bathroom, laundry room, outdoor patio with electric grill. Second Floor: Master bedroom with king size bed with en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with two twin size beds in each and private bathrooms. All rooms have TVs. We make sure the house is impeccably clean for every guest. Guest access OPTIONAL – We don’t include these fees in the rate so you can have a choice Resort fee: $100/day + taxes per family (up to 8 people) - Included: heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, beach volleyball court, tennis court, and kids’ playroom. BBQ Cleaning fee : $50 per stay
